There is also noticeable offset which will surely be a welcome sight for players who struggle to turn the club over. Better players will have no need or desire for a 9H, 8H or even a 7H. So yes, the Paradym series is intended and designed for more skilled players. We also noticed that the rails on the sole and the rounded out leading edge make for much smoother turf interaction than the BB23.

Who is the Callaway Paradym Hybrid For?

“We would say that this hybrid would be best for mid handicappers.”

We’re not sure what Callaway was thinking when they suggested that the Callaway Paradym Hybrid was best for mid to low handicappers.

Almost all of our low handicap testers mentioned that the Callaway Paradym Hybrid was pretty much unworkable.

And while it’s a good hybrid for moderate swing speed players, the launch is actually a bit too high to be favorable for players with 90+ MPH swing speeds.

Instead, the Callaway Paradym Hybrid seems ideal for mid handicappers with some good usefulness to high handicappers as well.

The Callaway Paradym Hybrid would also be a good hybrid to consider if what you need is straight flight.

The face feels really solid; but also a bit lifeless at impact. But we can overlook that in light of the stellar accuracy and comfortable turf interaction.
